What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Personal Information

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Data Collection for Internal Communication Purposes

In our efforts to manage and assign mobile notarization orders efficiently, Camson Crown collects detailed information from our contractors and employees. This data may include full name and contact Information (email, phone number), availability for assignments (days and hours of availability), specialization or experience in particular types of real estate documentation, and geographic locations served. This information is crucial for matching the right contractor with the appropriate notarization task.


The data we gather is exclusively for internal processes at Camson Crown. Its primary use is to a
llocate notarization orders effectively, enhance communication for operational purposes, and ensure we have the right resources available for specific client needs. This information will not be shared with or sold to third-party organizations.


Protecting personal data is a top priority for us. Our security measures include e
ncryption of sensitive data, where we use state of the art AES-256 bit encryption (data at rest) and TLS (data in transit). We also regularly update our security protocols and restrict access to personal data within our organization.


Camson Crown respects the rights of our contractors and employees concerning their personal data. You have the right to r
equest access to your personal data we hold, ask for corrections if any information is inaccurate, and request the deletion of your data, provided it does not conflict with our operational requirements or legal obligations.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
